The family said that the ship, on which the emergency vehicle conveying Titash was on, deferred stacking vehicles for three hours while hanging tight for a joint secretary.

Ship experts said they were hanging tight for the landing of Md Abdus Sabur Mondal, the head of Digital Service and Public Service Innovation Cluster and E-Service Implementation Specialist of the Access to Information (a2i) Program at the Prime Minister’s Office.

The emergency vehicle was stuck on the boat and couldn’t switch or move to another in view of the line of vehicles in front and behind it.

The ship began stacking vehicles around 10:20pm when the experts discovered that the administration authority was close by.

Around 11:00pm, the authority arrived and the ship began moving.

Titash kicked the bucket on the ship, family sources said.
