Shovon stops DU senate

Rezwanul Haque Chowdhury Shovon yesterday left Dhaka University senate refering to individual issues in the midst of requests for his expulsion from the policymaking body.

BCL Office Secretary Ahsan Habib and Ducsu part Rafiqul Islam Sabuj presented the renunciation letter to the bad habit chancellor for the benefit of Shovon around 4:00pm.

The move comes two days after Shovon and Golam Rabbani were expelled from the posts of president and general secretary of Bangladesh Chhatra League, following claims of blackmail.

“Because of my own issues, it isn’t feasible for me to play out the obligation now… I plan to leave from the post,” peruses the senate part’s letter.
