College of Havana praises Russian PM with doctorate

Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev was regarded on Friday with Doctor Honoris Causa in Political Science at the University of Havana (UH) in acknowledgment of his political profession.

During a service held at the college’s fundamental corridor, UH’s President Miriam Nicado recognized Medvedev’s barrier of the Russia-Cuba key union and backing for Cuba in the midst of the island’s consistent question with the United States, reports AP.

Medvedev said that Latin America is “a key district for joint effort, not a patio, as the United States accepts.”
