Samrat on 6-day remand in join case

A Dhaka court on Sunday set removed Jubo League pioneer Ismail Chowdhury Samrat on a six-day remand in a debasement case.

Dhaka Metropolitan Session Judge KM Imrul Kayes passed the request after Jahangir Hossain, an agent executive of Anti-Corruption Commission and furthermore the examination official of the case, created him under the watchful eye of the court looking for a seven-day remand.

Prior on November 12, the Anti-Corruption Commission documented a body of evidence against Samrat, one of the gambling club bosses in Dhaka, for storing up riches worth Tk 2.94 crore through unlawful implies.
