International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC)’s six employees have been killed and two injured by the suspected ISIL fighters in Afghanistan. But ICRC did not claim anybody for the attack. The government officials ensured that the ICRC employees were engaged in the north of the country hit by deadly snow storms.
